The International Doctoral Council is developing a publication program for statements, working papers and methodological frameworks. No publication, expert panel, peer-review cycle or public corpus is represented as completed before the underlying document and review record exist.

Publication evidence standard
A Council publication should identify its title, date, authors or responsible group, methodology or evidence basis where relevant, review status, conflicts or limitations, and a real document or permanent access location. Public counts and impact claims should come from actual publication records.
Propose a paper or evidence review
Doctorate holders and institutions may propose a defined paper, review or framework. Publication depends on the actual scope, contributors, evidence and review process.
