Rodrigo Sandoval is a global entrepreneur, business architect, and industrial strategist serving as the President of the International Doctoral Council. His leadership brings together advanced academic credentials with extensive real-world experience in building multinational business ecosystems.

Rodrigo Sandoval is the founder of IOXN Group and a portfolio of business and institutional initiatives spanning energy, industrial services, education, standards, consulting, real estate, legal-business coordination and investment-development platforms. His background combines mechatronics, energy management, doctoral-level business management and LNG operations.
