Certification & Recognition
The Council may issue defined private recognition or completion records for eligible doctorate holders, participating institutions and participants who satisfy the requirements of a specified IDC programme or recognition pathway.
Council standing is governed, not automatic.
Application, membership fees or programme participation do not by themselves create a recognition or completion record. Eligibility, evidence, peer or programme review where applicable, decision and issuance remain separate. IDC does not award academic degrees, confer governmental accreditation or act as a statutory quality-assurance agency.
