Convening Formats
Convene doctoral expertise around a real question.
The Council can structure executive, academic and methodological convenings. This page describes available formats—not an already-running calendar, recurring delegate volume, confirmed host network or completed proceedings.
Executive Doctoral Roundtable
A closed or attributed discussion format for a defined strategic question. Participant selection, attribution rules and outputs are set for the actual session.
Doctoral Schools Forum
A host-institution format focused on doctoral-program design, supervision, research quality or international collaboration when a real institutional host and mandate exist.
Methodology Session
A technical online or in-person session that can be commissioned around research design, evidence quality, reproducibility, AI-assisted methods or another defined methodology topic.
Host or commission a convening
Universities, research institutions, companies, foundations and public institutions can propose a host role or a defined deliberation. Venue, participant profile, sponsorship, attribution, moderation, methodology and outputs are documented for the specific engagement.
Evidence standard
A convening is described as scheduled only after a real date and host are confirmed. Attendance figures, institutional participation, proceedings, statements and published outcomes are reported only from the actual event record.
Propose a Council convening
Describe the question, intended participants, preferred format, jurisdiction and desired output. The Council can then determine whether a credible convening can be structured.
